Habitat:

In Queensland there are populations near Ipswich. It grows in pure stands and in open eucalypt forest in clay, sandstone or alluvial soils.

Is well suited to poor draining clay soils

A beautiful large shrub to small tree with a weeping  fine leaved habitat. The bark is papery and white to pale brown. Its distribution is limited and it has been classified as an endangered species under legislation in both NSW and QLD and as critically endangered under Australian government legislation.
