We love delivering fresh, healthy plants straight to your door! Here's how it all works.
Store Pickup
We don't offer store pickup at the moment, but we'll let you know if that changes.
Local Delivery
We deliver within 50km of Caboolture. Here's what you need to know:
- During Checkout: Enter in your address and select Local Delivery. If this option doesn't show up, you're outside our current delivery area.
- Order Timing: Get your order in before 3pm Sunday for delivery the following Thursday. We'll let you know the exact day when you place your order.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If something's not available, we'll refund that item straight away.
- Delivery Updates: We'll email you tracking details once your order's on its way.
Important:
- Make sure your delivery spot is safe and easy to find – plants can't be collected from depots or post offices.
- Plant care starts immediately once we deliver. Give them water and attention so they can thrive in their new home.
- We'll leave your order where you've specified unless it looks unsafe. Unattended deliveries are at your own risk.
- You'll get a signature or delivery photo as proof your plants arrived.
