Refund policy

We aim to deliver healthy, well-prepared plants to your door. If something is not right, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue.
Conditions of Return
Plants are living products and natural variation in size, shape and seasonal appearance does not constitute a fault. Refunds, replacements or store credit will only be considered where a plant is demonstrated to have been supplied in an unsatisfactory condition at the time of delivery, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographs. Plants must remain in their original nursery pot and must not be planted or re-potted.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by unsuitable placement, incorrect watering, environmental conditions, or physical damage after delivery.

Include your Order Number and clear photographs. Each case is assessed individually, and we will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
All refunds comply with Australian Consumer Law and our Terms of Supply.
