An evergreen ground-covering perennial with beautiful silvery-grey foliage and a profusion of golden yellow button flowers from spring to autumn. The papery flowers can be picked, hung upside down to dry, and used for dried floral arrangements. A hardy, waterwise, low-maintenance plant, it is excellent for mass plantings, rockeries, and container planting. It also serves as a valuable food source for butterflies.
Care Considerations: | Low to moderate watering and is drought-tolerant once established. Applying organic mulch will help retain moisture and control weeds. Fertilisation is rarely needed, though a light feed with native plant fertiliser can promote healthier growth. Light pruning after flowering will encourage fresh blooms and keep the plant neat. |
