Preferred Soil:

Prefers sandy, free draining soil but will also cope with a heavier soil if moist to well drained. Avoid boggy soils.

Beautiful as a feature shrub and lovely planted on banks and walls where it can cascade over the edge. This plant is a pollinators delight, attracting butterflies, bees and all manner of interesting insects.

Care Considerations:

Would benefit from some added enrichment to soil before flowering, however not essential. Can be pruned to create a denser bush.
