In NSW, it has a mainly coastal distribution along the entire coast and extends into the Central Tablelands (higher Blue Mountains). | |
Preferred Soil: | Prefers well drained soils |
This lovely resilient weeping shrub serves as an excellent choice for creating privacy screen or hedging. Its vibrant but petite white bloom and fragrant scent prove irresistible to bees. It demonstrates resistance to pests, ensuring a hassle-free gardening experience.
Care Considerations: | Remarkably, this plant tolerates heavy pruning exceptionally well, swiftly regenerating new growth. Plant in part-shade in fast-draining soil for best results. It will respond to some supplementary watering in dry times. It is worth noting that prolonged periods of rain or watering may have some adverse effects. |
